As Fire Safety Manager, you''ll be responsible for protecting people, property, and heritage across a multi-site estate with national significance. What you''ll do: Lead and develop a dedicated Fire Safety and Access teamEnsure full compliance with fire safety legislation and best practiceOversee fire safety systems, training, and incident response readinessManage inspections, equipment maintenance, and risk assessmentsCollaborate with internal teams and external emergency servicesAlign safety processes across multiple estate locations What you''ll bring: Qualifications in Fire Safety Management (e.g. FPA, IFSM)Experience in fire safety within historic or complex estatesStrong technical knowledge of fire prevention and protection systemsProven leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication and training delivery abilitiesConfident with Microsoft Office and budget management Why apply?
