Fire Safety ManagerLondonPermanent£65,000-£70,000 plus benefits An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Safety professional to lead fire safety operations across the Royal Household''s London Estate.Based at Buckingham Palace, you''ll be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and continuous improvement of fire safety across a diverse and historic portfolio that includes Buckingham Palace, St James''s Palace, Kensington Palace, The Royal Mews, The King''s Gallery and Marlborough House. As Fire Safety Manager, you will lead all aspects of fire prevention, protection, preparedness and emergency response across the London Estate.Key responsibilities include: Leading, developing and managing a team of Fire Safety and Access Officers and Fire Safety Coordinator. Overseeing the operation, maintenance and development of fire detection, alarm and control systems.Managing fire risk assessments, fire safety policies, procedures and compliance programmes.Supporting major estate projects, including large-scale fire systems replacement and refurbishment programmes.Leading responses to incidents, investigations, emergency planning and evacuation exercises.Managing operational budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources.Promoting a proactive fire safety culture across the estate through training, engagement and awareness initiatives.
