As our new Fire Safety Manager in the Building Safety Team, you''ll play a vital role in keeping our customers and homes safe-bringing clarity, structure and action to one of the most important parts of what we do. This is a brand new role where you''ll take the lead on fire safety in your region. You''ll be out and about, guiding inspections, working with contractors, checking standards and making sure risks are dealt with properly. It''s about getting ahead of problems, making sure reports are accurate, and ensuring any fixes are done right the first time. You''ll also be a go-to person for colleagues who need clear, practical advice on fire safety-helping them feel confident and well-informed.
