Fire Safety Inspector

Based within the social housing sector, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining fire compliance and protecting residents across a housing portfolio. You will be working for a well-established local authority that values its residents, contractors and employees, with a strong focus on resident safety, compliance, attention to detail and effective partnership working. As the Fire Safety Inspector, you will be:Carrying out inspections across social housing properties.Completing fire door inspections and identifying defects.Inspecting cavity barriers, fa ade, alarms and dampers.Inspecting passive fire protection measures and identifying compliance issues.Liaising with external contractors and fire safety specialists to coordinate response works.Working closely with housing, property and compliance teams to maintain resident safety.Collecting data and processing careful weekly reports Fire Safety Inspector Experience:Previous social housing or residential property experience.Conducting inspectionsStrong understanding of fire safety compliance and resident safety.Ability to produce technical reports As the Fire Safety Inspector, you will receive: 350 per dayMileage includedWork from home opportunityNew skills and experienceOpportunity for progressionOpportunity to be extended or become permanentSupportive and collaborative working ..... full job details .....
