Working hybrid, you will spend one day a week in the office (Hurst or Macclesfield), combine planned site visits with remote coordination, and use your organisational and people skills to keep residents, colleagues and stakeholders informed and safe. You will bring high IT literacy, strong Excel capability and an appetite to use technology, automation and AI tools to streamline compliance monitoring, enhance reporting accuracy and boost operational efficiency. By turning data into insight and actions, you will help us anticipate risk, close actions faster and continuously raise our standards.
