FIRE SAFETY COORDINATOR Premier • Competitive • Hybrid - Macclesfield ROLE OVERVIEW You will be the operational heartbeat of our fire safety compliance across a varied portfolio of residential developments. Working hybrid, you will spend one day a week in the office (Hurst or Macclesfield), combine planned site visits with remote coordination, and use your organisational and people skills to keep residents, colleagues and stakeholders informed and safe. You will bring high IT literacy, strong Excel capability and an appetite to use technology, automation and AI tools to streamline compliance monitoring, enhance reporting accuracy and boost operational efficiency. By turning data into insight and actions, you will help us anticipate risk, close actions faster and continuously raise our standards. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will coordinate fire safety actions end-to-end, from scheduling assessments and tracking remedials to validating evidence and updating records. You will partner with property managers, contractors and residents, keeping everyone aligned through clear communication, accurate data and timely reporting. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Compliance actions are tracked, prioritised and closed within agreed timeframes, with clear evidence trails. Portfolio-wide dashboards are accurate, current and proactively highlight risk and upcoming deadlines. Site visits are planned and purposeful, with well-documented findings and swift follow-up.
