Key Requirements Strong social housing experience Proven Contracts Management experience End-to-end procurement and contract management experience within social housing Experience procuring and managing fire safety / building safety contracts Strong contractor, commercial and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of EWS, FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments and PAS 9980 Experience with remediation funding schemes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme is desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Social Housing Contracts Manager to take ownership of a high-profile, safety-critical programme.
