Fire Safety Contract Manager Location: Farringdon, London (hybrid working available) Salary: £68,000 - £71,000, dependent on experience. Contract: Permanent, Full Time Braxfield Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading housing association to recruit a Fire Safety Contract Manager to join their Assets and Sustainability directorate. This is a pivotal role for someone with strong technical expertise in passive fire safety, contract management and people leadership, who wants to make a genuine difference to residents'' safety and quality of life. The Role As Fire Safety Contract Manager, you''ll take a lead role in delivering a rolling programme of Passive Fire Safety Works across residential and commercial buildings. Working closely with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders, you''ll ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, on budget and to a consistently high standard while supporting and developing a small team along the way. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends programme delivery, contract and budget management, quality assurance and resident engagement.
