Fire Safety Compliance Manager Rate - 450 - 500 (Daily)Location - Uxbridge (Hybrid)Duration - 6 Months (Intially)IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Compliance Manager to lead on fire safety and compliance across a diverse property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all fire-related assets and systems are compliant with current legislation, standards, and best practices, while delivering a robust and effective compliance framework.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing fire risk, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, and ensuring all Fire Risk Assessment actions are effectively delivered. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage fire safety compliance across the organisation''s property portfolioOversee delivery and performance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes related to fire safety systemsEnsure all Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions are tracked, managed, and completed within required timeframesMaintain and monitor compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and standardsManage contractors and service providers delivering fire safety works and inspectionsDevelop and maintain accurate records for compliance, audit, and reporting purposesConduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to fire safety policies and proceduresProvide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on fire safety complianceEnsure effective governance, ..... full job details .....
