In this role, you will provide critical administrative, financial, and technical support to the Fire Safety Team, ensuring the council maintains high compliance and building safety standards across its housing portfolio.You will work closely with managers, technical assessors, and external stakeholders, helping drive operational efficiency, maintain compliance databases, and manage resident engagement regarding fire safety matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Project Support: Maintain and update fire risk assessment databases. Coordinate appointments for Fire Risk Assessors and Health and Safety Advisors. Assist in arranging EWS1 forms, PAS 9980 assessments, and Section 20 notices.Compliance and Reporting: Monitor fire safety work orders, track the completion of fire door inspections and fire risk assessment recommendations, and compile monthly compliance reports.Financial and Procurement Administration: Process purchase orders, review cost quotations for safety works, manage compensation claims, and assist with budget monitoring.Stakeholder and Customer Engagement: Respond to FOI requests, complaints, ..... full job details .....
