This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that the organisation meets its legal, regulatory and statutory obligations in relation to building safety, resident protection, and property compliance. The postholder will lead the development and delivery of effective compliance strategies, ensuring a structured, proactive and risk-based approach to managing safety across property assets in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities will include overseeing key compliance areas such as fire safety, gas safety, electrical safety, water hygiene, asbestos management and lift safety.
