Fire Safety Advisor BandD Reside £55,000-£65,000 Hybrid - Barking / Sites / Home Contract with potential to become permanent Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting BandD Reside with the appointment of a Fire Safety Advisor, a newly created position within their Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety professional to join an organisation with a strong commitment to resident safety and play a key role in strengthening fire safety compliance, assurance and risk management across its housing portfolio. Working closely with the Fire Safety Manager, you will provide specialist technical advice across BandD Reside, supporting the Responsible Person and wider teams to ensure statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The Opportunity As Fire Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring BandD Reside''s fire safety programme is delivered effectively, on time and to the required standards. You will work across Compliance, Repairs, Building Safety, Estates, Health and Safety, Asset Management and Housing Management, providing technical expertise and helping to embed a positive, consistent fire safety culture across the organisation. The role will have a particular focus on complex and higher-risk residential buildings, fire risk management, technical assurance, regulatory compliance, data governance and continuous improvement.
