We are working with a rapidly growing property management firm to find a motivated and knowledgeable Fire Safety Advisor. Key InformationThe Role: Fire Safety AdvisorLocation: Home based with travel to the South East RegionWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per weekReports to: Head of Fire Safety Job SummaryWorking within an ever-growing property management company the role requires a motivated and knowledgeable individual to carry out Health, Safety and Fire Safety advice and risk assessments across our customer portfolio sites. The individual will also be required to carry out Fire Door inspections within the required buildings to meet Building Safety Regulations. The successful applicant needs to be a good team worker but also have the ability to work safely independently. You will report to the organisations Fire Safety Manager. Responsibilities and DutiesThe position requires travel nationally, but planning will allow the team to concentrate travel to specific areas, the successful candidate will be supported by an experienced team within the organisation and will be provided with additional training, where required, to improve the candidate''s knowledge and experience. Some of the main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be: Undertake regular site Fire Risk Assessment and Health and Safety Assessment.
