You''ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple sites, providing expert guidance, conducting fire risk assessments, delivering training, and helping to drive a positive fire safety culture throughout the organisation. Based on the job description and person specification, the role focuses on ensuring compliance with fire legislation, supporting fire safety systems and procedures, and deputising for the Fire Safety Manager when required.Key Responsibilities Carry out fire risk assessments and fire safety audits across multiple sites.Deliver fire safety training and awareness sessions to staff.Review, monitor and action findings from fire risk assessments.Provide specialist fire safety advice to managers, contractors and stakeholders.Support the development and implementation of fire safety policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with fire legislation, NHS guidance and best practice.Contribute to performance reporting, governance and assurance activities.Deputise for the Fire Safety Manager as required.
