At Stantec, we''re looking for a Fire Risk Consultant to join our expanding Fire Risk Management team. This role can be based anywhere in the South-East. Responsibilities
Conduct fire risk assessments (FRAs) on a wide variety of buildings, typically of medium complexity and normal risk, delivering high-quality outputs in line with regulatory standards.
Provide clear, specialist advice and technical support to clients.
Support and mentor graduate consultants and develop skills across a range of specialist areas.
Complete medium-complexity and normal-risk FRAs and contribute to the development and growth of the team.
Act as a professional ambassador of Stantec, maintaining strong client relationships and upholding our values with attention to safety and detail.
Travel to sites throughout the South-East region as required.
Qualifications
Recognised qualification in a fire safety or fire-related subject.
Minimum Technician Membership with the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
Registered with a recognised third-party accreditation scheme (e.g., IFE Register of Fire Risk Assessors).
Practical experience carrying out fire risk assessments, ideally including medium-complexity projects.
Organised and proactive approach to project delivery and time management.
Passion for professional development and a desire to mentor others.
This is primarily a site-based role and therefore you must be willing to travel to sites throughout the South-East region.
