Key ResponsibilitiesReport Validation and Quality AssuranceReview and validate fire risk assessment reports against relevant industry standards (including BAFE SP205 and PAS 79)Ensure reports include clear, justifiable risk ratings and prioritised actionsCheck for completeness, accuracy, and legal complianceTechnical ReviewAssess supporting evidence such as photographs, floor plans, and documentationIdentify inconsistencies, omissions, or technical inaccuraciesLiaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders where requiredFeedback and CoachingProvide constructive feedback to assessors to improve report qualitySupport consistency in risk scoring and report writing standardsContribute to ongoing development of the technical teamCompliance and DocumentationMaintain accurate audit trails and validation recordsSupport internal and external auditsEnsure documentation meets regulatory and accreditation requirementsContinuous ImprovementAssist in refining templates, checklists, and ..... full job details .....
