Fire Risk Assessors

MMP Consultancy is supporting a respected Housing organisation in recruiting experienced Fire Risk Assessors to join their in-house Fire Safety Team.
This contract role focuses on delivering Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across a residential property portfolio. You''ll have flexibility to manage your own workload with support from Fire Safety Co-ordinators and report directly to the Fire Safety Manager.
Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience conducting residential FRAs
• IFSM Tier 2 (or equivalent)
• Member of a recognised professional body (e.g., IFE, IFSM, CABE)
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
  • Approved Document B
  • British Standards
• Understanding of active and passive fire protection systems
• Familiarity with various construction methods
