on an ongoing contract basis to undertake Fire Risk assessments and offer expert advice to a range of clients and industries. This will suit an individual with other clients, who is happy to add another client to their portfolio, initially 2-3 days a week, however work likely to ramp up quickly.Fire Risk Assessor

remit:Work independently to deliver high-quality Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Safety Audits, Fire Management Strategies, Fire Door Surveys, Passive Protection Surveys, Fire and Emergency Plans, Fire Safety Consultancy etc across a varied client base.Technical Project Management and service delivery for a broad range of clients which include Corporate, Construction (CDM), Residential, Schools, Hospitals, Hospitality etcProduce technically correct reporting and demonstrate knowledge, experience and sound understanding of Fire Safety legislation, standards and best practiceClient relationship management; deal with queries and challenges effectively and appropriately, offering advice and solutionsFire Risk Assessor

profile:FPA Level 3 NVQ in fire safetyNEBOSH Fire Safety and Management CertificateRegistered on IFSM (Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors register CFRAR) or IFE equivalentA Fire Safety accreditation with a recognised professional body, including Institute of Fire Engineers – Graduate (GIFireE) or similarTechnical understanding of the implementation of fire safety legislation and technical standards e.g. BS9999Minimum of 3-5 years risk assessment experience combined with demonstrating the skills and knowledge to conduct Tier 2 risk assessmentsKnowledge and assessing buildings with areas over 30,000m2Previous Fire risk assessment experience across various environments including heavy industry, construction, Corporate, Schools, Data centres etcCDM knowledge and understanding beneficialLiaison with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation including senior managementIf the above
