Fire Risk Assessor – Plymouth

We are looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team in Plymouth, carrying out residential Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments across low-rise housing stock.

The role will involve completing site inspections, producing clear FRA reports, and providing practical fire safety advice in line with current UK legislation and PAS 79 guidance.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification

Experience carrying out residential FRAs independently

Strong knowledge of residential fire safety legislation

Excellent report writing and communication skills

No high-rise experience required.
