Key Responsibilities Undertake fire risk assessments in blocks of flats, HMOs and other residential properties. Identify fire hazards and assess risks to residents and other relevant persons. Inspect fire doors, means of escape, compartmentation, fire alarms, emergency lighting and other fire safety measures. Produce clear, accurate and professional FRA reports. Provide practical recommendations to reduce fire risk. Liaise with clients, property managers and residents. Keep up to date with relevant fire safety legislation and guidance. Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Fire Safety or equivalent recognised qualification. Previous experience undertaking fire risk assessments. Residential property experience essential.
