Fire Risk Assessor Level 4 Diploma Location: West London and Surrounding AreasSalary: £55,000 £60,000 per annumLevel: Intermediate TierWe are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor with a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment to join our team, covering West London and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities: Conduct fire risk assessments across residential and commercial properties. Identify fire hazards and recommend appropriate control measures. Prepare clear, accurate and compliant assessment reports. Advise clients on fire safety legislation and best practice. Manage site visits and workloads independently. Requirements: Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent. Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments. Good knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation and guidance. Strong report-writing and communication skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
