Key Responsibilities: Conduct fire risk assessments across residential and commercial properties. Identify fire hazards and recommend appropriate control measures. Prepare clear, accurate and compliant assessment reports. Advise clients on fire safety legislation and best practice. Manage site visits and workloads independently. Requirements: Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent. Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments. Good knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation and guidance.
