Conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments aligned with PAS 79.Inspecting fire doors and compartmentation.Drafting clear, actionable reports with recommendations.Ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, such as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.Proposing fees for fire safety services and advising clients on regulations.Qualifications
3+ years of experience with fire risk assessments.Certification such as NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, or IFE.Knowledge of UK fire legislation and excellent communication/report-writing skills.Residency near London, Birmingham, or Manchester.Desirable: Experience with the RiskBase App and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs).How to Apply
