They support a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, retail estates, industrial facilities, media organisations, and mixed-use developments.You will be able to provide complex fire risk assessments for clients including HandM, HSBC, Co-OP, CBRE, Warehouses, Universities, Colleges, residential and many more. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Fire Risk Assessor + Health and Safety (Mid to Senior Level) to join their team.The role is predominantly Fire Risk Assessor focused. The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering complex fire risk assessments and providing clear, practical advice to ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislation. You will also contribute to more advanced technical work, particularly in relation to existing and non-compliant buildings.Key responsibilities include:Delivering PAS 79-compliant fire risk assessments across a range of complex property typesProviding expert advice in relation to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act, and associated regulationsHealth and Safety assessmentsProducing high-quality, client-ready reports with clear and proportionate recommendationsActing as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting informed decision-makingReviewing and quality assuring fire risk assessments (Principal ..... full job details .....
