Fire Risk Assessor

Goodman Masson are currently working with a London social housing organisation to recruit for an interim Fire Risk Assessor. Pay - £300 - 350 per day INSIDE IR35 The Role As an Interim Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for undertaking Type 1, 3 and 4 Fire Risk Assessments, identifying fire safety risks and recommending appropriate remedial actions. You will work closely with the wider fire safety team, internal stakeholders, contractors and residents to ensure fire safety risks are effectively identified, managed and resolved. Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across residential and other managed properties. Identifying fire safety hazards and recommending appropriate remedial actions. Completing FRA reports to a high standard and within required timescales. Carrying out post-inspection reviews to ensure remedial works have been completed appropriately. Peer reviewing Fire Risk Assessments completed by colleagues and external consultants. Providing clear and practical fire safety advice to residents, housing teams, contractors and senior stakeholders. Supporting Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) processes where required. Investigating fire incidents and producing reports identifying root causes and recommendations. Identifying and proactively reporting fire safety hazards.
