Key Responsibilities Complete fire risk assessments and site inspections, including loft access where required. Apply BS 9792:2025 PAS 79-1 and relevant fire safety legislation and guidance. Identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Produce accurate reports and maintain assessment records and databases. Follow up actions and support risk-based programmes of work. Work with internal, external and statutory stakeholders. Essential Requirements Minimum 12 months'' relevant experience and 20+ completed fire risk assessments. Experience in residential housing and care/support schemes . NEBOSH Fire Certificate/Diploma, Certified in Applied Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.
