The successful Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor will complete high-quality fire risk assessments across a varied portfolio of complex premises. Projects may include healthcare facilities, educational buildings, manufacturing sites, offices, retail units, hospitality venues and private hospitals. This is a field-based position involving regional and national travel, with fire risk assessment reports completed from home. The Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor''s Role The Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor will: Undertake suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments in line with PAS 79 guidance.
