This Fire Risk Assessor role offers strong career progression and varied project exposure.The Fire Risk Assessor''s RoleThe appointed Fire Risk Assessor will carry out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of occupied buildings, including high-rise residential developments.Responsibilities will include:Producing detailed Fire Risk Assessment reportsIdentifying fire safety defects and compliance issuesProviding practical fire safety recommendationsCarrying out compartmentation inspectionsSupporting Building Safety Act compliance mattersLiaising with clients and contractors regarding remedial actionsSupporting junior surveyors where requiredThe Fire Risk AssessorThe successful Fire Risk Assessor should ideally have:Experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments independentlyStrong understanding of current fire legislation and guidanceKnowledge of residential and commercial buildingsExcellent report writing skillsMembership with IFSM, IFE or similar desirableFull UK driving licenceIn Return? 45,000 - 55,000 salaryBonus schemeCompany ..... full job details .....
