I''m working with a growing fire safety consultancy seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor looking to manage a varied portfolio of properties while delivering high-quality fire risk assessments and practical fire safety advice to a broad range of clients.The Fire Risk Assessor''s RoleThe successful Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. They will produce clear and detailed reports, identify fire safety risks and provide proportionate recommendations to ensure compliance with current legislation and guidance.Working closely with clients and stakeholders, the Fire Risk Assessor will build strong relationships while delivering a professional and consultative service. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced fire safety professionals.The Fire Risk AssessorThe ideal Fire Risk Assessor will have:A recognised Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualificationExperience undertaking Fire Risk Assessments independentlyStrong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and relevant fire safety legislationExperience producing detailed FRA reportsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong attention to detail and report-writing abilityFull UK driving licenceMembership of a relevant professional body (desirable)In Return? ..... full job details .....
