Fire Remediation Site Manager

We are working with a specialist contractor delivering fa ade remediation and fire safety projects across the UK. Due to the commencement of a major scheme in Cornwall, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of external wall remediation works on a high-profile residential development in Newquay. The project relates to the full external wall remediation of Surf Pods, Newquay, following the findings of a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW). Works will involve the removal and replacement of existing cladding systems, balconies, insulation, fire barriers, cavity barriers, and associated fa ade elements, alongside reinstatement works and MandE services. The development will remain fully occupied throughout the duration of the project, requiring strong coordination skills, excellent health and safety management, and the ability to manage works sensitively within a live residential environment. The scheme is programmed over approximately 70 weeks and will be delivered in phased sections across multiple elevations.
