Due to the commencement of a major scheme in Cornwall, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of external wall remediation works on a high-profile residential development in Newquay. The project relates to the full external wall remediation of Surf Pods, Newquay, following the findings of a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW). Works will involve the removal and replacement of existing cladding systems, balconies, insulation, fire barriers, cavity barriers, and associated fa-ade elements, alongside reinstatement works and M&E services. The development will remain fully occupied throughout the duration of the project, requiring strong coordination skills, excellent health & safety management, and the ability to manage works sensitively within a live residential environment.
