Pay - £450 - 550 per day INSIDE IR35 The Role As Interim Fire Remediation Manager, you will lead the delivery and oversight of fire safety remediation programmes across a residential housing portfolio. You will work closely with internal asset and housing teams, contractors, residents and regulatory stakeholders to ensure fire safety actions are effectively managed and delivered in line with statutory requirements and best practice. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing and risk-profiling outstanding fire safety actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments. Prioritising remediation works based on risk and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
