This role is ideal for a professional with strong organisational skills and technical expertise in passive fire protection, ready to lead diverse construction initiatives across various sectors. Day-to-day of the role: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project progression. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular site inspections UK-wide to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Utilise site planning, design modifications, and infrastructure layout as required.
