This is a key role combining both technical estimating and end-to-end project management, offering excellent variety and responsibility.The Role You will be responsible for managing fire system projects from initial enquiry through to completion, while also producing accurate and competitive quotations.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating and DesignPrepare detailed quotations, tenders, and specificationsInterpret client requirements, drawings, and site surveysDesign and price fire alarm systems (conventional and analogue addressable)Estimate additional systems such as: Emergency lightingPA/VA systemsNurse call systemsDisabled refuge and alarm systemsPresent proposals to clients where requiredProject ManagementManage fire installation projects from handover to completionSchedule works and coordinate installation engineersMonitor project progress and ensure delivery aligns with timelines and construction programmesLiaise with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleManage variations, additional works, and project changesEnsure correct materials ..... full job details .....
