Fire Watch Marshal - Night Shifts (2 Week Cover)We are currently seeking a proactive, vigilant, and safety-focused Fire Watch Marshal to support our client within the Social Housing sector. This is a 2-week temporary cover position working night shifts Monday through Sunday, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in fire safety and site monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify signs of fire, smoke, or potential hazardsEnsure all escape routes, including corridors, stairwells, and emergency exits, remain clear and accessible at all timesVerify that fire doors are closed correctly and not obstructed or wedged openMonitor fire alarm systems, particularly where systems are impaired or undergoing maintenanceIdentify, record, and report fire risks such as faulty electrics, blocked exits, or combustible materialsMaintain a visible presence on site to promote safety and compliance throughout the shiftRequirementsValid Fire Marshal Certificate/TicketValid First Aid CertificationAsbestos Awareness CertificationPrevious experience in security, construction inspection, fire watch, or fire safety rolesStrong observational skills with the ability to act quickly in emergency situationsShift DetailsHours:18:00 - 06:00Schedule: Monday to SundayDuration: 2 Weeks CoverIf you have the required certifications and experience and are available for immediate night work, we encourage you to apply. ..... full job details .....
