Fire Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Engineer to join a growing and ambitious consultancy, working on a diverse range of exciting commercial and residential projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a fire professional looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway for progression through the ranks and full support towards achieving Chartership.The Role As a Fire Engineer, you will be involved in developing and delivering Fire Strategies across a varied portfolio of projects, ranging from residential developments to complex commercial premises.Your responsibilities will include: Developing fire strategies for a range of commercial and residential buildings.Providing fire engineering advice throughout the design and construction process.Working closely with architects, designers, contractors and other engineering disciplines.Reviewing designs and providing practical, technically sound fire safety solutions.Producing technical reports, fire strategies and supporting documentation.Attending project meetings and liaising with clients and key stakeholders.Supporting the delivery of projects from initial concept through to completion.Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, guidance and industry best practice.
