The successful candidate will work closely with clients, design teams and regulatory stakeholders to develop practical, compliant, and risk-based fire safety solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare Fire Strategy Reports for new-build and refurbishment projects. Review designs against Approved Document B and relevant British Standards. Undertake compartmentation surveys and passive fire protection assessments. Review fire stopping, cavity barriers and fire-resistant construction details. Conduct site inspections and construction-stage compliance reviews. Assess means of escape, firefighting access and fire service facilities. Support Building Safety Act and Gateway compliance requirements. Prepare technical reports, fire statements and regulatory submissions.
