The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of fire door statutory compliance across delegated PFI Projects in the area. The role will have specific line management responsibility for the dedicated mobile Fire Door Inspection and Remedial team but will additionally have oversight and support the Operational teams across our PFI projects to ensure the statutory compliance of Fire Doors. You will plan and prioritise the inspection of Fire Doors to ensure the inspections remain statutory complaint utilising both the Maximo (CAFM) and Bolster (Fire Compliance systems).
