Fire Door Surveyor

Our client is a growing and well-established business operating within the fire safety and compliance sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Fire Door Surveyor to join their team, covering projects across the Midlands and North West.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in fire door inspections and surveying who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding organisation.The Role As a Fire Door Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed inspections and surveys of fire doors across a range of commercial and residential properties. You will assess the condition and compliance of fire doors, identify defects and provide accurate reports and recommendations.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out fire door inspections and surveys in accordance with relevant standards and legislationAssessing fire doors, frames, hardware, glazing, seals and associated componentsIdentifying defects, damage and areas of non-complianceProducing clear and accurate survey reportsTaking photographs and maintaining detailed inspection recordsProviding recommendations for remedial works where requiredLiaising professionally with clients, contractors and other stakeholdersManaging your own workload and travelling to sites across the Midlands and North WestMaintaining a high standard of health, safety and professional conduct About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience within fire door ..... full job details .....
