Fire Door Surveyor

Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a-Fire Door Surveyor-to work across sites in London on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in Fire Door Surveying
• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience using OneTrace (or similar systems) for surveying and reporting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fire door compliance standards and regulations
• Own tools & PPE

Job Spec:

• Conducting detailed fire door surveys across residential and/or commercial properties.
• Recording and reporting findings accurately using systems such as OneTrace.
• Identifying defects and non-compliance issues in line with current fire safety regulations.
• Providing clear recommendations for remedial works.
• Ensuring all surveys are completed in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
