Fire Door Surveyor

TAY Recruitment are currently looking for a-Fire door Surveyor-with the relevant qualification to conduct surveys on fire doors on a ongoing contract in Brize Norton and Bicester. The current contract is in place for a number of years.

Due to the work being on MOD bases, you will need to either have or be prepared to go through a BPSS clearance, which can take up to a month to complete.

Accepted Qualifications include

FDIS, FDA, BMTRADA, ABEE

The work will involve working in a team visually checking fire doors for remedial works. For example, if they need a door closer replacing etc, then inputting the information onto an app.

The work will suit most people with construction experience, basic IT knowledge and a fire door qualification.

The rate of pay will be,--25 CIS-or--21.10 PAYE inc Holiday-(PAYE breakdown below)

PAYE -18.83 +-2.27 holiday pay at 12.07 % = -21.10
