Passive Fire Supervisor / Site Manager London (x2 Positions) Location: London Salary: £50,000 £55,000 + Package The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Passive Fire Supervisors or Site Managers to join one of the UK''s fastest-growing fire safety specialists. The business partners with over 80% of the UK''s Housing Associations and Local Authorities, delivering pragmatic, proportionate fire safety solutions across the housing and NHS sectors. Two positions are available in London with an immediate start. The Role As Passive Fire Supervisor / Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations across passive fire protection works in London, delivering fire door and fire stopping programmes across social housing and NHS environments. You will manage operatives and subcontractors, oversee quality and compliance, and act as the key point of contact between site teams, clients and the wider project team. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of passive fire works across social housing and NHS sites in London Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to programme Enforce a right-first-time culture and ensure quality standards are maintained at all times Survey in line with BM TRADA standards and company methodology Record all activity accurately in SimPRO including photos, asset records and data updates Carry out quality assurance checks and ensure sign-off of works on ..... full job details .....
