Key Responsibilities Inspect and assess existing fire doors, identifying defects and required remedial works. Complete fire door maintenance and remedial works to the required specification and standard. Carry out door and frame adjustments, including gap, alignment and fit adjustments. Repair and replace fire door components, including hinges, closers, locks, handles and other ironmongery. Install and replace intumescent and smoke seals where required.
