Job Title: Fire Door Joiner Location: Bolton and Manchester Salary: £200 per day Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday Friday) Contract Type: Long-term, Immediate StartFire Door Joiner Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fire Door Joiner to join our team in the Bolton and Manchester areas. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors across both tenanted and void properties. If you have proven experience in fire door installations, a keen eye for detail, and are available immediately, we want to hear from you!Fire Door Joiner Key Responsibilities: Install Fire Doors in communal areas, ensuring compliance with fire regulations.Attach Fire Doors to pre-built frames, fitting latches and handles.Maintain Work Area by keeping it tidy, using vacuum or dust bags to ensure cleanliness.Repair and Maintain Fire Doors by performing periodic checks, alterations, and replacements.Adjust and Plane Doors as needed to ensure they meet safety standards.Replace Non-Compliant Fire Doors in line with fire safety regulations.Carry Out General Maintenance Tasks as required. Fire Door Joiner Key Requirements: Immediate Availability to start work.Own Van and Tools for the job.Proven Experience in fire door installations and repairs.Experience working in social housing or sheltered accommodation environments.Strong Attention to Detail to ensure all work is completed to high standards and fire safety compliance.
