The successful candidate will be BM TRADA Q-Mark qualified and have strong practical experience working to current fire-door standards and manufacturer requirements. Key Responsibilities The role involves installing, repairing, adjusting and maintaining fire doors and associated ironmongery. You will be responsible for carrying out fire-door remedial works to a high standard and ensuring all doors are fitted and maintained in accordance with relevant standards, regulations and manufacturer specifications. You will be expected to identify defects and report any issues requiring further remedial action, while completing job sheets, photographs and relevant site documentation accurately. The successful candidate will work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship on every site.
