Location: Contracts across North and East London (primarily Social Housing)

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Company Van + Fuel Card Hours: Monday to Friday (optional overtime available on Saturdays)

The Role We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Installer / Remedials Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and remedial works of fire doors across social housing contracts in North and East London.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business that values its employees and offers genuine career progression.

Key

Responsibilities Installing

new fire doors to a high standard in line with regulations and manufacturer

guidelines.

Carrying

out remedial works and maintenance on existing fire

doors.

Completing

associated carpentry works as

required.

Undertaking

fire-stopping works (desirable but not

essential).

Ensuring

all work is compliant with health and safety and fire safety

standards.

Delivering

excellent customer service to and

clients.

Requirements Previous

experience installing and maintaining fire doors

(essential).

NVQ

Level 2 in Carpentry (ideal, but not essential with the right

experience).

Knowledge

of fire safety and fire-stopping works

(advantageous).

Clean

UK Manual Driving Licence

(essential).

Strong

attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a

team.
