Are you an experienced Fire Door Installer?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Fire Door Installer to join a growing BM TRADA accredited fire door and security company operating across London. This is a permanent, field-based role suited to an experienced engineer with a strong background in fire door installations, remedial works, and maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire door solutions while ensuring compliance with fire safety standards across a variety of client sites throughout London.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience installing and repairing fire doors
• Experience carrying out fire door remedial works
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle
• Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and installation standards
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites

Desirable:

• BM TRADA Certification
• FIRAS Certification
• Additional fire safety qualifications
• Experience installing complete doorsets and door leaves

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out fire door remedial works, maintenance and repairs to industry standards.
• Install complete fire-rated doorsets and door leaves.
• Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship at all times.
• Liaise with management regarding daily work schedules and project updates.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues, delivering high standards of customer service.
• Be flexible with travel throughout London and surrounding areas to various client locations.
• Maintain accurate job records, including installation and maintenance documentation, and submit all required paperwork promptly.
• Represent the company professionally whilst on-site.
• Collect materials from the company’s SW17 base when required.
