There will be a short planned break during the project before works resume, offering an excellent opportunity for installers looking for consistent work. The Role You will be carrying out a mixture of-new fire door installations-and-fire door remedial works, ensuring all doors meet current fire safety standards and project specifications. Typical duties include: Installing complete fire door sets, frames and ironmongery. Carrying out remedial works including replacing seals, hinges, locks, closers and other fire door components. Making adjustments to ensure doors comply with fire safety regulations. Working from drawings, schedules and inspection reports. Recording completed work and photographic evidence using a smartphone or tablet. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following all site health & safety procedures.
