Fire Door Engineer / Multi-Trade Carpenter Salary: £180 £200 per day Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE Monthly Pay) Overtime: Available, paid at time and a half Call Out: 7-day on-call rota (paid in addition to basic pay) About Us CC Cousins is a leading facilities maintenance provider, delivering services to commercial and retail properties throughout the midlands and South of the UK. We provide a full range of FM services including large projects, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance. We are currently recruiting a Fire Door Engineer / Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our Reactive Team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is ideally suited to a multi-skilled engineer with a strong bias towards carpentry and fire door works. Role Overview You will be part of our reactive building fabric department, carrying out a wide range of maintenance and installation works across multiple client sites. Travel is a key element of the role, with works ranging from small reactive repairs to larger quoted jobs, all completed to a high standard. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors Undertaking serveys Hanging internal and external doors Installing handles, locks, and ironmongery Panel works Skirting installation Fence repairs and installation General carpentry and building fabric works Supporting reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality ..... full job details .....
