Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple passive fire protection and fire door contracts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met.Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, installers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly and proactively resolve any issues.Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients across your portfolio of contracts.Build strong, trusted relationships by providing timely updates, managing expectations, and communicating technical or commercial issues clearly.Compliance and Quality Assurance
Work closely with our Compliance Manager to ensure that all works meet certification, test evidence, and regulatory standards.Lead quality checks, site visits, and handovers to ensure snag-free completion and thorough documentation.Commercial Responsibility
Monitor project performance against agreed budgets, cost plans, and KPIs.Liaise with the commercial team on valuations, variations, and final accounts.Operational Coordination
Work with surveyors, estimators, and site teams to ensure scopes of work are clearly defined and followed.Support programme planning, resourcing, and logistical coordination across multiple active sites.Team Leadership and Support
Provide leadership and clear direction to site supervisors and operatives.Ensure team members understand client expectations, safety requirements, and quality benchmarks.Health and Safety Leadership
Uphold the company\''s Health and Safety policy across all sites, ensuring safe systems of work are consistently followed.Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure all operatives are briefed and equipped for safe working practices.Maintain accurate HandS documentation and support regular audits.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
